Food grade rubber hose with characteristics:
The completely odorless and tasteless inner tube ensures maximum impermeability and will not cause contact pollution to the conveyed product. The surface of the food rubber hose is resistant to common detergents. It has good resistance to atmospheric erosion and high aging resistance.
Food grade rubber hose structure:
Inner tube: BIIR rubber (90TR), white, odorless, tasteless, smooth, and mirror smooth. Generally speaking, food-grade rubber hoses have an inner rubber layer of synthetic rubber to keep the fluid conveyed by the hose in the pipe. The hose needs a reinforcement layer braided or entangled with steel wires or fibers to resist the pressure in the tube. In order to protect the inner layers of the hose, there is a protective layer of synthetic rubber on the outside of the reinforced layer. They are called inner rubber layer, reinforcement layer and outer rubber layer, respectively.
Reinforcement layer: high-strength multi-layer synthetic fiber, implanted with spiral metal steel wire.
Surface: synthetic rubber, orange, abrasion resistant, atmospheric corrosion resistant, aging resistant, smooth, cloth-like surface.
Temperature range: -40°C to +120°C /It can be steam sterilized at a temperature of 130°C for no more than 30 minutes.
Working pressure: 10 bar. When selecting the type, it is necessary to ensure that the maximum recommended working pressure of the hose and joint is greater than or equal to the maximum working pressure of the system. The pulse pressure or peak pressure in the system must be less than or equal to the maximum working pressure of the hose assembly.
