  High temperature resistant air duct installation process requirements:
   Sealing: The recommended sealing tapes for high-temperature air duct systems are: heat-sensitive tape and pressure-sensitive tape. Before the pipe is sealed with tape, use a special buckle-shaped binding pin to fix the overlap joint of the pipe. The spacing of the binding pins is 50mm. When stapling, the stapling needle should be slightly angled to the seam. Stapling pins are only used to fix the overlapping interface with a flap. If there is no flap or a flat interface, the adhesive tape should be used for fixing. The maximum tape is 300mm, and there is at least one on each side.
   Reinforcement: When the static pressure load inside the high temperature resistant air duct system causes a 1% deflection of the duct wall, it is necessary to reinforce the high temperature resistant air duct. The following methods can usually be used for reinforcement:
  a. Tie rod reinforcement method, which uses steel color and casing reinforcement, usually under 500Pa positive pressure reinforcement.
  b. Frame reinforcement method, that is, the use of light steel keel reinforcement.
  c. Cohesion reinforcement method, that is, the use of light steel keel reinforcement, which is used in some special pipes that cannot be applied to tie rod reinforcement and frame reinforcement, such as 900 elbows, three-way pipes, and bulkhead pipes.
  d. Anti-sagging reinforcement method, which is used for the reinforcement of special pipelines, such as the reinforcement of variable-warp pipelines and winding pipelines.
   Damage repair: If the outer surface of the high-temperature air duct is slightly damaged, use sealing tape to repair it. If the inner surface of the pipeline is slightly damaged, it can be repaired with special repair glue. If the aluminum foil layer on the outer surface of the pipe is damaged, but the glass fiber insulation layer is not damaged, a piece of qualified aluminum foil can be used to repair the aluminum foil surface of the pipe. If the damage of the pipe wall has reached the glass fiber insulation layer, the damaged area can be cut off, and the male and female joints can be opened. Another good plate is selected and cut according to the size of the cut glass plate, leaving the male and female joints. , Apply repair glue and adhesive on the surrounding joints, and seal them according to the process specifications.
