High temperature resistant air duct, negative pressure resistant air duct How to customize different pressure air ducts according to the size of the negative pressure
High temperature resistant air duct, negative pressure resistant air duct, as the name implies, is a high temperature air duct that can withstand high temperature, positive and negative pressure and can be stretched. Of course, high temperature resistance also has a certain high temperature range. The general working temperature ranges from about -60 °C to +900 °C, and the maximum can reach 1100 °C. Users can choose high temperature air ducts with different temperature ranges according to their needs. Negative pressure-resistant duct negative pressure refers to the suction pressure. If the negative pressure is not reached, it will cause the duct to flatten or the tube body to rupture when the air is exhausted. In the past, customers often responded that how the pipe is connected to the fan to draw the air, or the pipe’s cloth is broken, it is always considered to be a quality problem of the air pipe. In fact, this is because the pressure cannot be reached. So, how to choose a ventilation hose that is resistant to temperature and negative pressure?
Pressure selection, the pressure is divided into positive pressure and negative pressure, the so-called positive pressure refers to the pressure of the exhaust air of the pipeline. Negative pressure refers to the size of the pressure when the fan is connected to the outside. We can customize air ducts with different pressures according to the size of the negative pressure. We can order different negative pressure resistant air ducts according to the following points.

  1. Increase the thickness of the material used for the pipe wall. The conventional cloth thickness is 0.3mm. Usually, the thickness of the cloth used for custom-made negative pressure ducts is 0.35mm and 0.4mm. Of course, thicker duct cloth can also be customized according to customer requirements.
  2. Increase the thickness of the duct wire. For conventional ducts, choose a steel wire of 0.5mm~2.0mm, and use different diameters for different sizes. We can increase the thickness of the steel wire as usual when choosing the thickness of the steel wire. , The thicker the steel wire, the greater the pressure it can withstand.
  3. Increase the spacing of high temperature resistant air duct steel rims. The spacing of conventional high temperature air ducts is generally about 20CM. Then, we can shorten the distance between the steel rims according to the negative pressure required by the customer. For example, make a 10CM or 5CM air pipe. The smaller the distance, the greater the pressure resistance of the negative pressure resistant air pipe.
Negative pressure resistant high temperature air duct has good high temperature resistance, high flexibility and compression ratio of 3:1. The spiral wire is used to protect the outside from wear. The external steel wire clamps the pipe wall tightly. The bending radius is small and difficult. Kink, flame retardant according to: DIN 4102-B1. Patented CP structure, external spiral stainless steel wire support (metal sheet + wire) pipe wall. Raw material: pipe wall material: special glass fiber coating, spiral wire: stainless steel spiral wire reinforcement. The standard length is 5M-20M, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, pressure resistance, acid and alkali resistance and flame retardant, insulation. With ventilation equipment, it is widely used in computer rooms, basements, tunnels, municipal pipeline engineering, underground cable maintenance, mechanical shipbuilding engineering, and fire protection. It is used for air supply and exhaust in harsh working environments such as rescue smoke and exhaust, and it is used for collecting smoke and dust.
