The room temperature vulcanized silicone hot air pipe is a process several years earlier. It is all coated with room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. It is all produced by hand. The room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber has many impurities, and the coating will have particle burrs, etc. The higher temperature vulcanized silicone tube is far away, and it will be flat when bent, not environmentally friendly, and poor aging resistance. Some products produced by manufacturers with immature technology will age after being stored in the warehouse for half a year without using them. Therefore, in recent years, the hot air duct produced by this process has been gradually eliminated.
High temperature resistant hot air duct, also called high temperature resistant silicone air duct, high temperature vulcanized silicone hose, red temperature resistant hose, etc. It is made of silicon rubber fiberglass (2 layers) covered with white reinforced pressure and high temperature resistant nylon thread coating. The specifications produced are from 19mm to 305mm, and the standard length is 4 meters each. Of course, for some small specifications, we can directly connect the cloth to make it longer during production, but there will be a little trace in the connection place, which will not affect the use. The thickness of this heat-resistant air duct is generally about 1.21mm, but there are also only 0.8-1mm. Its temperature range can withstand minus 70 ℃ to high temperature 300 ℃ (up to 350 ℃ in a short time). The steel wire used in the high temperature resistant hot air pipe: 0.8-1.4mm, the larger the size, the thicker the steel wire used. Of course, if some customers need to withstand higher pressure during use, we can also make the steel wire thicker.
